After joining ILEAD, I reduced 10-12 Kgs. I started waking up at 04:00 AM, began exercising at 05:00 AM and scheduled Yoga for 06:15 AM. This has now become a perfect everyday-schedule. TYCA has also given me insightful inputs about how I should control my weight. Any leader can suggest solutions to my challenge. We are all well-connected with one another, and strive to help each other grow. Over the course of time, ILEAD has helped me with anger-management too.
